Thank you for recording your video testimonial(s) for the Institute of Reading Development, Inc. (“IRD”).

Transcripts will be made from the video recordings, and along with the recordings, this forms the Content (“Content”).

By clicking the Terms & Conditions checkbox in Vouch:

• You are granting permission to IRD to use and publish the Content worldwide, in whole or in part, in any medium. Media may include, but are not limited to, social media, advertisements, and websites.
• In the event that the Content includes video, audio, or text produced by any of your minor child(ren), in your capacity as the parent/legal guardian of these child(ren), you are granting the same aforementioned permissions to IRD.  
• You are acknowledging the intended uses (above) and giving your permission for the Content to be shared without limitation. You release IRD from any and all liability associated with the use of this Content by IRD as set out in this agreement.

 I am of legal age and have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents of this release. I consent to IRD collecting my video testimonial(s).  I agree that by clicking the Terms & Conditions checkbox in Vouch, I consent to be legally bound by the terms above and that this consent is additionally given on behalf of any minor child(ren) involved in the video testimonial(s).
